Some of the people. Departments bond together and seem to become connected. Sometimes they do some cool "events"

The presence of visible political displays within the workplace, particularly within the factory, creates a divisive atmosphere. Moreover, the divide between union and non-union employees is notably pronounced, contributing to tensions and challenges in fostering a cohesive work environment.
