Pros
The farm has been family owned since 1937, it's truly a beautiful farm and with it includes so many wonderful employees that care about the land, the farm, the family, and each other. The leaders of the company are so invested in ensuring each employee feels valued, and that the Louisville community has access to healthy sustainably grown food. I enjoy working for people who care so much about the company's mission and vision and the employees.
Cons
While the farm is established, the market is still relatively new and with it being new we sometimes experience growing pains as we continue to establish processes.
