It’s a great place to gain experience, as long as you don’t mind working at maximum efficiency for minimum wage! Some managers, especially HR, are incredibly toxic. HR, in particular, lacks any sense of professionalism and seems to just make things up as they go—it’s honestly unbelievable. They’re quick to criticize others and play the favorite game with upper management, while contributing next to nothing themselves. Other managers might be fine, but they’re often the ones instigating the political drama that keeps the company in constant chaos.
