Pros
People tend to get along well enough. Didn't notice any office drama. Interesting product provides some motivation. Frequent company meals (Lunches). No overtime Semi- flexible hours
Cons
Position offered did not align with tasks assigned. I was told my role would be modifying code, and adjusting equipment recipes (instructions). The only task I was given was reassembling a machine that had been aggressively disassembled (wires were cut rather unattached). Communication is severely lacking. I worked here for months, and despite routinely asking for goals to be communicated I was written up for under producing. Chain of command is not clear. The person I reported to was not my manager, my manager was apparently an executive in the company to whom I'd never been introduced.
