Pros

I would like to share an honest and genuine review of the organization, covering both its pros and cons based on my personal experience. The organization offers plenty of opportunities, especially for individuals who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Even freshers are given exposure to large clients early on, which provides a strong platform for learning and professional growth. While there is currently no formal work-from-home policy, the organization does allow remote work in genuine situations and during festive periods, which is a positive aspect.

Cons

Lack of structured processes in certain areas. Occasional salary delays or payments made in installments. Limited support from senior management (though some individuals may view this as an opportunity to work independently). Instances of micromanagement, particularly at a functional level, which can feel restrictive at times. Please note that this feedback is based purely on my personal experience, and there is no intention to undermine the organization. For freshers, I would suggest focusing less on reviews and more on gaining experience—joining, learning, and moving on after 3–4 years could be beneficial. However, for individuals with significant family responsibilities, it may be wise to carefully evaluate the organization, gather feedback from others, and then make an informed decision.
