Pros
Good people, the work dynamic forces closeness and I made some unforgettable friends in my time there. There is a soda machine and they love to do employee events. If you can work your way out of the AOC you might have a shot at a career there.
Cons
Management is deaf to criticism, constructive or not. Rather than taking a look at the one consistency in issues over the years (them), and fixing it - they let good employees leave and wonder why employee satisfaction is at an all time low. You are not important if you work in Ops, you are replaceable and they make sure you know it. There is a big rift between the other departments and the AOC, likely due to the high turnover rate and lack of including the AOC in company events. HR is in bed with all the higher ups and will quiet fire you for taking medical leave. It's got that "small company feel" but the CEO can't remember a 3 yr employee's name. There is no room for improvement, there are no positions to move up to. They bring you in on a low salary and promise you will move up the chain, but there is no chain and you will make the same amount until they give you a 10 CENT raise maybe once a year.
