Pros
I've been working at Ascent in the back office for almost a year now. The work has been challenging along the way but there are always people willing to step up and help you out. It has a family feel and I get the sense that people enjoy their time working with one another. Small groups are also a fun way to break up the routine. I've been attending Jeremy's workout class on Wednesdays and I've enjoyed learning more about what other employees do in neighbouring departments and how it all ties together. I believe they invest in their employee's success and if you aren't afraid to step up and go for what you want, they will give you an opportunity to create your own destiny. Lastly, Employer-paid health benefits!! Need I say more.
Cons
The snacks usually get gobbled up in the first couple of days but it's not really a Con. Most companies don't even offer snacks.
