Small company little drama. Family atmosphere. Interesting product. Some innovation. Long tradition. Some people have been there over 35 years.
Cons
Below average pay, old dirty facilities and technology, no growth potential with skilled training, production is disorganized, late to ship out product, no pay increases, recent layoffs and downsizing, Mentality stuck in the past and not in what is ahead. The new CEO is the company owner's ax man. He is arrogant and rude.
