Pros
Not a bad place to start ! You can jam out to your music or thoughts while typing away with data entry. It really depends on which team you're put with.
Cons
Training is almost non existent. They really try though and even had a training team, but it just seemed all over the place. Most people who get promoted seem to get a ego trip
