      Work from home is excellent. Fairly good work life balance,

      This place is not agile and never will be. CEO and COO are not onboard for bringing agility to the organization Scrum Masters report into project managers who have no experience in agile...major impediment It's a traditional organization with what they call scrum teams. Very hierarchical and traditional management.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
