      Remote work, can do attitude by teammates. willing to answer questions and assist. training webinars give you a lot of fundamentals.

      Training, while abundant, could be more structured with a plan and checklists so that no training gets overlooked.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
