Pros
Nice environment with a lot fun working here. Tons of learning opportunities. A truly agile process is followed and reviewed the process periodically. Management is periodically share town hall meetings. Tenure of most employees on this company is really long. This means they are very satisfied and company did a great job retaining them and make them happy.
Cons
Frequent Management structure changes impacts on project and work. I noticed even 2 times in one year. Health benefit needs to increase more. Have to wait for long time for 401K vesting. Others benefit needs to include. On premise has canteen. But, you need to buy your food. Work wise, a lot technical debt needs to overcome. Management is not looking into those until those appears bigger issue and projects had to spend a lot money.
