      There are no pros to this company, unfortunately.

      Cons

      This is a direct marketing firm, in other words, its door to door, but they would never say its door to door. Commission based pay, they always skim off part of your pay, and give it to your 'leader'. Over work employees, they over work their employees, and bait them by making them remember their 'why'. They convince you that this is the best type job in America, they may be right, but I'd rather be unemployed than work for them. Very unprofessional workplace, there are no desks or chairs for people to sit, you stay standing for like 4+ hours in the morning to go door to door for the rest of the day. This brings me to my next point, my responsibility as a leader is also to hire people onto my team. We could not retain anyone because we do not disclose all the info in our first or second round interview to not "scare people off". There is so much wrong about this company, and I am genuinely not bothered to put all on paper, but if I did, I'd stay typing for hours.

      We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience but want to clarify that we are not only door-to-door. This is discussed throughout the interview process so all candidates know exactly what they are getting into. We offer multiple compensation packages that are all structured so that each one of our team members has a base salary or hourly pay in addition to bonuses and incentives. All pay is fairly distributed to our employees. We do not skim off any portion of their pay and give it to a leader. Our company is committed to fair and ethical business practices. We do not overwork our employees. Our work hours are on average 40-45 hours a week, however, we always offer more hours if you choose to do so. We take pride in our workplace and maintain a professional atmosphere. In regards to our hiring process, we are very upfront about the position requirements during the interview process to avoid any misunderstanding. We value the feedback of all of our employees and are always open to hearing suggestions for improvement.       Pros

      I spent time at the office and asked all the questions I felt were important. I wanted to confirm if anything felt off or if this was misleading so here’s my full assessment during my 3 months there Pros: • The office was very diverse and high-energy. • As an African American recent college grad, it was refreshing to see real representation in leadership and throughout the team. • It was encouraging to see an African American-owned business operating in New Jersey’s financial district. • Commission earnings were clearly displayed through their internal portal, which made things feel transparent. • All the interviews were all transparent and there’s a portal they use to show and display all commissions to each representative • Main goal is to promote employees from within ATT only wants internal growth which was refreshing

      Cons

      The hours are definitely long. • A lot of face-to-face interaction (30+ people a day), which can be draining if you’re more introverted. • Parking was limited.
