Pros
Politics, blame shifting, faking to be a multi-national company, attract talented people with high salary. I wouldnt even want to take into consideration of all the good reviews with vague description of 1-2 sentences only. Take a look at the negative reviews with detailed write up and if you understand, you are a smart person and find yourself not suitable to take up any role. If you do not understand the reviews, it means you are very suitable for a position with this company.
Cons
If you are a non-thai, i will salute you and wish you good luck for the next couple of months before things take a drastic dramatic turn at you. you have no clue or hint on your KPIs and after a few months, suddenly you are hit with the most unsuspecting chide. There's no authority at all (0 if you are a non-thai) as a head of department to hire your own team, every proposal (strategic long term plan) seems to get shot down but they want you to do project management (short term) aka highly paid PMs. You will find yourself having no control over thai teams reporting to you, even when you are their reporting manager, their authority is much higher than you. Worst of all, you have no say at all over their performance ratings, even if you want to award lower ratings for those who just know how to fake working hard and best friend of the highest command executive, your decision will be over-ruled . Change management is alienated in this company because it doesnt exist from the top or their dictionary, so dont bother to do force yourself to do change management for the sake of showing people a good front that you are doing it. I wouldnt even want to give 1 star if i had the choice to give 0
