      Pros

      Riverwoods is a great facility to work in. I feel appreciated and respected for my everyday work and leave work feeling I have made a positive impact on the lives of other.

      Cons

      After working working in other LTC facilities I have found Riverwoods to be an exceptional facility with great staffing ratios and great team players.

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
