      Pros

      If you like small town living - you will definitely get it here. Most of the staff have been here there entire careers and have no plans to or could they ever work elsewhere.

      Cons

      The majority if the staff have and never will work elsewhere. "Because that's what is we have normally done & who are you to question it". Is the attitude. Warning all mid levels STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

      Pros

      Work culture - I've worked across multiple units & everyone is so kind & helpful Pay - Competitive wage especially as a new grad 3x12 schedules, fixed schedules & night or day at hire. Union! Union & union members are supportive & dedicated to keeping us informed

      Education - This department has been cut & when recently transitioning roles, was made this evident. Corporate - Lots of cuts this year & the foreseeable future Job Security- Turning as a secure job to not sure what
