Pros
Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the onboarding process. You are entered into an onboarding cohort which you connect with off an on throughout the first month of onboarding. There is a combination of in person/zoom learning opportunities and self guided eLearning opportunities. You are assigned a mentor on your team (to help with day to day/role related activities) and a separate onboarding mentor to help you with more internal Asana related activities (IT access, course access, general questions, etc.). You also have opportunities to meet with members of most of the teams you will interact with, which helps provide breaks in the eLearning courses you go through.
Cons
There can be a lot to go through - especially when you first get access to your onboarding plans. However, everyone reminds you to take your time and work with your mentor/manager to move things around if you need it!
