- Privately owned and have a capacity to work on not-for-profit type jobs (for causes, researches, etc.) - Good cross-office communications and knowledge sharing - Have collaborations with star-architects for exciting projects which could make a significant impact on the communities - Provide an access to professional trainings and higher level education opportunities
Cons
- Overall, have a good corporate culture but the extent of it depends on the local cultural context in different offices across the world - Difficult to make a change in operations and strategies due to the big size of the company
