      - At some level its good to join, you will get chance to implement your ideas.

      Cons

      - Start up company, so you have to involve in every small thing in the company, coz CEO also don't have enough knowledge. - All the work in on assumptions only, not any strong base. - As its a start up company so many issues with salary.
