Pros

Nice lobby to the building. Some nice photographers

Cons

Unorganized, old school ways with no intention to change, customer service is not well handled or trained, no one is clear on policies nor care to clear anything up. Hire people with the wrong intentions the fires ppl with in the end of theirprobationary period so they ca give you no valid reason as to why they are letting you go. Salary is terrible! Not worth the headache just don't do it.

low paying, cross-team coordination is a mess, customers vent to you for no fault of yours
