Pros

Easy commute, Friday lunches, nice people in general.

Cons

Bullying, favouritism, presenteeism, workism, and micromanagement. This isn't an agile SaaS company, it's clunky and hierarchical and loves a 3-hour meeting. You'll be micromanaged on all projects and the directors will then take credit for your good ideas. There's a lot of ego to dodge, as well as screaming matches between the top-level directors (look forward to being shouted at yourself, in front of colleagues). They also consider themselves 'a family' which is a very. big. red. flag. Google it. Future and current employees: Join a union, you might need it.

Pros

A company in a growth phase, so lots of opportunity to move up quickly and to have an influence on what the company becomes in the future. Inspiring mission: to create a world with more art. Yes, it's a SaaS company, but for the art world. We aren't selling air conditioners here! The culture is very strong (a fun and supportive place to work) and the team is youthful, energetic, motivated and creative. Great office spaces, good benefits, and very supportive management team.

Cons

Because we are growing quickly there are sometimes periods of teams feeling stretched thin or under resourced. Or we have to be ready for change as reorganisation happens periodically. But as time passes better systems are being put in place and more people are being hired to lessen this strain.

Pros

Everyone seems very nice Benefits look good on paper

Cons

- Chatty loud workspace - Basically an unregulated monopoly - High turnover - Replacing employees with AI and outsourcing - absorbs all of it's competition by taking on a ton of debt and culling their workforce - benefits look good on paper, but next to nothing is covered
