Pros
You get to watch all the shows and see all the art when you are working. Sometimes there are extra tickets for shows that you can get for free as well. Management is nice and it is fun to interact with the patrons.
Cons
You are paid next to nothing, and aren't rewarded for your efforts. Instead you are given a 25 cent raise every year. Which is nice if you are a retired worker who doesn't really need the raise but will ultimately get it by staying for 5+ years, but those who work hard but do not plan to work for the rest of their lives there cannot see a benefit to their work.
