1yThanks for taking the time to share your feedback. There is a lot of thoughtful feedback here, that has been shared and discussed by the People & Culture Leadership team.
Specific to a few points - we know there are opportunities to improve the way employees are recognized for their work at Article and we'll be making some changes this year to help address this. Additionally, we do have 360 feedback mechanism for managers with upward reviews from their direct reports. This might not have been used when you worked with us but it is now. Finally, in regards to career development opportunities, we do have Grow tracks for most jobs, however, ultimately the person driving career progression needs to be the individual themselves as the paths laid out might differ from that person's personal goals and interests.
