In my experience at Arthan's TA Vertical, a sales-driven team, I noticed a concerning trend of high turnover among colleagues. There also seemed to be a general feeling of low morale within the team. While I can't speak to the entire company's culture, it wasn't an ideal work environment for me. Interestingly, even some of Arthan's clients seem aware of this, as evidenced by their recruitment efforts targeting ex-Arthan TA Vertical employees – perhaps because the team is constantly looking for new opportunities (constantly "open to work" as some might say). If you're considering a role in the TA Vertical, I strongly recommend asking about team dynamics and retention rates in the past year. Speaking with former team members (if possible) could also provide valuable insights. Ask HR For people who have left in last 6 months you will have the answer. This place will eat your peace.
