      Pros

      Initially It was good when I joined, but after that it got worst and worst

      Cons

      -Too much strictness in timings, if you get 5 min late, they cuts your salary. -Very big targets to face. -Working environment not good. -Low pay scale compare to your skills. -Very pressurized work environment. -Bad behavior of owner among employees.

      Nothing such advantages. Don't have any word for pros.

      Cons

      They treat you like a slave. There’s no work-life balance—you sometimes have to work from 9 AM till midnight. The company has a “Big Boss” vibe; they watch everything, and if you talk to someone for even 5-10 minutes, they’ll send you a message to stop.
