One of my best experience so far as I went through many function learning and personal growth Support to employees and recognition is given importance , holidays, gifts . The company maintains transparent culture, everyone can participate in meetings and reviews.

Cons

no cons to worry , but yes the place demands hard work and commitment which I guess is also a plus for any person
