      I mean it’s okay, Good pay but wonder why

      Cons

      Managers give different advice and when we use this , we fail calls cause manages dont know what they are doing. The staff rate is high due to everyone leaving as it’s a really stressful job. Not an easy job

      Pros

      The company has very good communication, a supportive and positive working environment, and strong diversity that makes it an inclusive place to work. Manager is a very supportive.

      Cons

      There is no clear path for promotion, Overall compensation is below the industry average.
