Pros
They seem to be willing to pay well for roles
Cons
I joined Arrow as part of an acquisition for the GTM of a product I worked for previously. Arrow leadership gave no insights as to strategy or goals for the acquisition, we had no leadership essentially for the best part of 3 months. No access to tools or CRM for tracking, no onboarding process. Company resources arrived dirty and damaged. HR had a very unclear and mixed message response to many issues - including access to payslips, one HR rep told me UK didn't have a payslip tool, a UK colleague was given the payslip access link by a different HR rep. Seems like a good company to work for if you want to fly under the radar and not do much Awful policies around sick and maternity/paternity - especially for a modern tech company; they offer the minimum statutory requirement.
