      Pros

      Fair compensation and good benefits. Formal approach to bonus compensation, annual employee reviews, and succession planning. Have established platforms for solid communication to all employees regarding business conditions and company performance.

      Cons

      Many of the unique programs that made Arrow different from other companies such as new employee training program in Melville, sabbatical program, and education reimbursement have been eliminated over the last several years. Job security is always in question as targeted layoffs have occurred in many different organizations year after year

      Pros

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company

      A lot of mandatory overtime, hard to balance work and personal life. Some management can play favoritism.
