      Fun work environment with a lot of like minded and hungry sales people.

      Cons

      Lack of stability when it comes to pay structure and leadership structure. This leads to focus points changing often, and can lead to confusion and ultimately burn out.

      Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

      Cons

      Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
