Sinking Ship - Sales Operations Arrive Logistics Employee Review

You don't hear the phrase "people first" at Arrive anymore. It has gone from an organization where you feel like family to a well-oiled operations machine where top management doesn't seem to care much about people on the floor. The recent compensation changes are absurd and borderline shady. Execs communication to the floor about these changes is awful. They can't even communicate these changes themselves because they know they're unfair so they have middle management do it. There's a reason no one's commission payout can be seen on a scoreboard anymore.
