- Top Management has no sense where the business is headed, they will offer you lucrative salary and once you join they will fire you without any notice. - Dont leave your current job for this, you have worked hard to where you are now and you will ruin it here. - HR is pathetic, useless and not from HR background. - If you are joining and they give you a big picture of the organisation i recommend you to do a little R&D see what their customers are telling, see what their previous employees are telling. - I have seen people hired at huge packages and let go in couple of months with a reason that they did not get funding or things did not go as per plan. - Half the organisation is working without appointment letter. - More than half their projects are delayed due to their lack of operational capabilities, people have filed complaints in consumer court against these. - I cannot say much but trust you will do a thorough research before saying yes to them.
