Internship scope - Intern Arqon Employee Review

I learned a lot by being involved in different types of work. Good hands-on exposure because I had the chance to handle tasks across multiple areas. The role helped me improve my multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Supportive colleagues made it easier to learn on the job.

The company appears to be facing staffing challenges. There were fewer staff members, which sometimes increased the workload for the remaining team. Staff retention could be improved, as it seemed difficult for the company to maintain enough employees. Work processes and role responsibilities could be more structured.

as a support staff ah, ngl i got nothing to add… unless the plan is to lowball yourself and speedrun career stagnation doing nonsense work lah, macam that really the goal meh company poor so give low salary and part time days off!

- bad location, hard to access - management doesn’t seem to know what SHE doing - boss communication = shouting only - company direction feels unstable - work given is mostly nonsense / low impact - boss comes off narcissistic and thinks shes MRS SINGAPORE - overall pretty toxic environment
