The projects are very high level transportation and aviation focused. We work on beautiful projects and truly have a great team behind the scenes. Day to day is a fast pace which keeps your work day interesting and varied. Hiring and cultivating a supportive culture is a priority. CEO somehow remembers names of all staff and is very approachable and personable. Monthly meetings keep everyone tuned into projects, awards, staff etc. Very transparent company which is great. Leadership shares great industry expertise and knowledge. Departments at Arora are not siloed, there’s strong collaboration and meaningful overlap between teams. This open communication makes it much easier to gather information, solve problems quickly, and work efficiently. Everyone really does communicate well here!
Cons
Not all roles have clearly defined advancement paths. that said, management and executives do take notice of those who show drive and dedication, and there are opportunities if you're proactive.
Internal communication can vary depending on the person or department. You may need to take extra initiative to stay organized :using Teams, emails, calendar reminders. Overall, the staff is very supportive and willing to help when you reach out.
