The turnover is ridiculously high, all the good people leave because the environment is toxic Awful office location - nothing around and a pain to get to A lot of the employees get annoyed when they have to actually do their job - getting things done is faced with constant resistance and bad attitudes Processes aren't laid out The CEO doesn't take accountability for decisions Rubbish benefits and nothing done for staff morale Some really awful members of the LT - rude & inappropriate Constant drama/scandals/things swept under the rug. No transparency Calls themselves diverse but does absolutely nothing to back this up
