- Very little if any communication between managers and staff working below them. - Very little if any structured training to assist in on-training the product. - Unnecessarily complicated and rigid product with extra modules tacked on, not intuitive to learn or train. - Preferential treatment and bias towards staff with children (great), not so great for those without. - Management prefer to communicate in the form of formal warnings and performance management rather than conversations. - HR team are there to assist the company and not the staff. - Difficult if not impossible to move up in the company. - Preferential treatment - family working within the business, looking after people who have been around too long to get rid of.
