Not gender friendly - On Site Team Member Aro Homes Employee Review

Everything I've seen about the company/ culture since joining has been very positive. The Head of HR, Angel, cares deeply about people; the Founders, Carl and Simon, care too; and they have very talented people all the way across the company. The business is growing and the future looks bright.

I guess I'd say the interview process is kind of slow.

It's a company that genuinely cares about building a culture of inclusion, respect and diversity while at the same time going after big, hairy goals and trying to make a positive difference.

Haven't seen any yet, and as with any early stage company, there aren't a lot of systems or support so it isn't for everybody
