Pros

Steady schedule no evenings or weekends Overtime opportunity (frequently required) Paycheck does not bounce

Cons

Low pay (15.50) Yearly raises. Requesting more frequently gets denied even if there is good reason. Hard workers are paid the same as those that disappear for hours and get nothing done. Air-conditioned kind of depends on what building. Push to get product out even if low quality. Treated like an idiot or a babysitter for other assemblers. Chaotic with constant miscommunication. HR seems to control holidays, schedule, and pay raises ect.

Pros

Being able to have weekends off, as well as having the entirety of every afternoon off for family and friends. The option for overtime when wanted. The friendships that I have made while being here.

Cons

Not to tell employees in orientation that there are raises after 90 days of employment but then not following through with it saying that this isn't policy anymore and shouldn't have been said. Don't have town hall meetings just to brag about how well the company is doing just to follow up with the fact that no one is getting raises or any kind of reward for the efforts. Don't bring in someone to a town hall meeting that is going to tell the employees that they don't get paid for breathing. Weekly pay would be preferred over bi-weekly pay.
