      Pros

      The management have been understanding of my needs, which sometimes were rather urgent, and the business has certainly improved since Andrew Ayton and Haihong Liu came on board. Letting staff work remotely was a great bonus as well.

      Cons

      perhaps the staffing level; it could really do with more dev employees and technical positions; although this lack of technical staff is not caused by lack of trying.

      Flexible time schedule and work management

      Cons

      6 day work per week. Saturday is half day.

      Pros

      Good team of coders for a bit. Mostly nice staff on ground level.

      Cons

      Not treated like staff. The management treat the technical team terribly. Bullying, disparaging, negative reinforcement. "I don't care about any of you, you are all numbers to me. If you leave, i'll get someone else in to do it". Good luck with that management style. The way sales is treated... might even be worse. A bad leader can take a good company and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation
