Pros
Pay is great for having no requirements besides being able to lift stuff ($12/hr warehouse, up to ~$25/hr with a driver) Excellent job for a college student like myself. They were happy to have my help over summer and gave opportunities to work over breaks. The money is better than most other jobs that allow seasonal work. Management was super friendly and flexible on when I would work. Coworkers were a mixed bag but I enjoyed the variance in people.
Cons
It's very tiring work. I mean, obviously, but it was enjoyable work. If you're careful and use proper technique you can get in very good shape. A piece of advice: Eat healthy. It will make EVERYTHING better. My biggest complaint would be that there is no deadline for jobs. I had some jobs last very late into the evening, some reaching as far as 9 or 10 pm. This is the only reason I give 4 stars out of 5. Note that this is NOT common occurrence, but is also not predictable.
