Pros

There are none. I would strongly discourage anyone from considering employment at The Armor Group. In my experience, the culture is driven by fear, distrust, and constant turnover rather than collaboration, accountability, or professional growth. Leadership routinely dismissed the expertise of the people they hired, preferring agreement over constructive discussion or informed recommendations. Decisions were often made impulsively, with little regard for long-term business impact. Employees who offered different perspectives were frequently ignored or criticized rather than heard. The work environment was highly toxic. Public criticism, disrespectful comments, and belittling behavior from leadership were common. Many employees operated in survival mode, leading to finger-pointing, lack of trust, and poor morale across departments. The HR function was ineffective and did not inspire confidence. Employees had little faith that concerns would be handled professionally or confidentially, which further contributed to an unhealthy workplace culture. Safety, sound business practices, employee development, and investment in necessary resources often appeared secondary to short-term cost savings. As a result, turnover was extremely high, with some departments experiencing near-constant staffing changes. I’ve worked in a variety of organizations throughout my career, and this was by far the most toxic environment I’ve encountered. If you value professional leadership, employee respect, collaboration, and a healthy workplace culture, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Cons

Far too many to share. The worst experience of my professional career.
