I'm disheartened to read your review, as it does not describe the ARM I have come to know and experienced. That said, everyone's experience at each company is different, so I will try to address the cons you have mentioned.
The ARM Core Beliefs of 'We, not I, Passion for progress, and Be your brilliant self' are fundamental in the success of ARM as a company, as our employees are what drive the company. This doesn't give other employees the right to bully others simply based on their seniority and ideas, so that is why we have HR Business Partners who are there to help support each team to ensure that each employee is working in a healthy work environment.
As with most companies in the tech space, diversity is something that we all have room to improve upon. That said, we do have quite a diverse work force in the Austin office, skewing more diverse within the younger generation.
Addressing your fifth point of no one following privacy, this is something we take extremely seriously, as we are a company that relies solely on the licensing of Intellectual Property. If we were to have a lapse in security or privacy, that would be a detriment to ARM, as we would lose a lot of trust from our partners.
If you do have any additional feedback or advice to management, I welcome it as without feedback from the employee, we wouldn't know there is an issue that needs to be addressed!
