A unique corporate environment, particularly one that values a very specific and distinctive hiring pipeline. Arkose genius lies in their laser-focused strategy: apparently, the only prerequisite for joining the Arkose family is a former stint at ThreatMetrix. Diversity? Pffft. Who needs a breadth of experience when you can have a singular, deeply entrenched perspective on... well, whatever they were doing at ThreatMetrix that apparently wasn't quite stellar enough to keep them there. It's like watching a reunion special where everyone's trying to pretend their old band was actually good.
