      Pros

      I cannot think of a single positive compared to other companies in the area.

      Cons

      Disorganized, remote-unfriendly, outdated equipment, toxic culture, low pay, lack of structure, gross office, everyone seems really unhappy, no growth or opportunities for advancement.

      Good work life balance , good exposure for entry level candidates specially for people who are into data, supply chain and analytics
