      1. Working/learning with/from a very well established creative Chief Engineer who has abundant of knowledge from lower level detail design to high level architecture design for both hardware (digital an analog) and software. 2. Investing in creating crypto IP products and crypto hardware development. 3. Becoming a fast growing company 4. Continue looking for talented works related personnel.

      Cons

      1. Lots of work but not enough people to support the work 2. Not hiring quality personnel quick enough

We have many talented staff in specialized fields, so when they are here for over a decade (and there are many of them, some who have posted here years ago), its because they chose to stay despite the many other opportunities they've had.       Pros

      I enjoyed working on different and exciting projects and my Manager is pretty great to work for. The people here are supportive and with great collaboration. I am fortunate to learn from the other engineers here that are so good at teaching and helping me become a better engineer.

      Pros

      I value the autonomy and empowerment to do my job without micromanaging; I think they value their employees and take care of us. The company is focused on success and growth.

      Cons

      I do believe that there is room for improvement in compensation and benefits compared to our competitors. I also think that there is some room for improvement in training and direction.
