There are none that Come to mind after 5 years there. It used to be flexible time, casual dress, and better benefits but they did away with all of those perks.

If you are a hard worker, they will work you to death with no additional compensation while others apply makeup or talk on the phone you get to catch their desks up. No room for advancement whatsoever. Jeff is clueless to the rules and regulations of insurance. Time off is laughable. U cannot use vacation time until 1 year is over and that only accrues once a year. Here's the best part... If they close the office for inclement weather or any other reason, you must use your vacation time or take non paid leave. There are no perks to working for them. Do a great job and there are no appreciations for a person that takes pride in doing a good job.
