      Training is very poor Big division between areas of the business which causes a lot of issues, Poor communication Sweep a lot of issues under the rug which often come back to haunt them.

      Family Feel, Fiona is brilliant.

      Difficult to progress. Senior Management have all been there most of their career's if not all of it.

      - Community feeling at the company. - Opportunities to learn, progress and trial new ideas. - Pro-activity encouraged to optimise day to day processes. - Career progression for 'execs' to gradually take-on management responsibilities. - Good relationships with clients - Still welcomed when visiting the company.

      - Stressful due to industry (time sensitivity) - Workload can fluctuate and cause bottlenecks - Turnover of execs
