      Long hours with low pay. Management does not regularly consider pay increases for hard-working employees who enjoy their jobs.

      Highly interactive job where you meet lots of different students and form connections

      Cons

      I don't like the administration changes that they have implemented in 2026. It more dictatorial now and tutor who are the face of their organization are not given much voice.
