Pros
Work is not hard, generally coworkers are nice
Cons
First of all, employees and staff do not get parking. Have fun walking 1+ mile to your car every day in the 120 degree heat. Or, you could TRY to fight with all the students the day parking passes go on sale and try to pay for a $1000+ parking spot in their small limited garages. You basically would be working there to pay for parking. They say whatever rate they hire you in at is the rate your pay stays. So, have fun making $30,000 a year with a masters degree and being told you are ineligible for a raise ever. BUT, if you have a family member who donates to the university or knows Michael Crowe you can get hired in above all the other employees at $80,000 and not have to go to work. Sounds about right.
