Pros
The ASU has a wide variety of modern equipment available for research. This is a very important fact when you do cutting-edge research. The weather is nice most of the year (except in the summer). The health insurance give access to the Mayo clinic which is awesome.
Cons
Too hot in the summer. There is too much paper work for everything you need to do. Students are not awesome.
